The New Testament places significant focus on the leaders of Christian communities. In several places, it even outlines leader profiles with specific qualifying and disqualifying traits. These profiles focus less on practical skills and competencies and much more on matters of character. In this seminar, we will explore the leadership virtues emphasized in the New Testament and discuss how they can translate into a modern context in 2027.
