You’ve probably heard that distinguishing between Law and Gospel is at the heart of Lutheran Christianity. But what does that look like in practice? What even is the Law? Is it good or bad? Does it still apply to Christians today? And if the Gospel is the “good news,” is it simply the opposite of the Law? How do we tell them apart in a way that’s both clear and full of grace?
