Christians are ordinary people, and because of that, conflicts of all kinds arise in churches and communities – even when we feel they shouldn’t. As leaders, how do we handle conflict within congregations and Christian organizations? Are all conflicts the same, and can anything good come from them? We will examine principles and examples from the New Testament while introducing practical tools to help you navigate conflict.
